Our commitment to integrity
At Ocean Five, we believe in probity and ethical conduct in all our yacht charter operations. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward bribery, which is illegal and has no place in our organization.
Anti-bribery policy
In line with international regulations, Ocean Five strictly prohibits offering, giving, requesting or accepting any bribe, whether in cash or as another inducement. This applies to every individual or agent acting on behalf of Ocean Five.
It covers any attempt to gain a commercial, contractual, regulatory or personal advantage in an illegal or unethical way.
What this policy allows
This policy does not restrict normal and appropriate hospitality or ceremonial gifts, provided they are moderate and do not create any expectation of reciprocation.

Preventing and reporting bribery
All staff are responsible for preventing, detecting and reporting bribery. Guidance is provided to help them fulfill this duty.
Suspected bribery or attempted bribery must be reported immediately to management. Clients and partners can also write to us at charter@ocean5yachts.com.

Since 2006, Ocean Five has been a supporting member of Transparency International, which reinforces our commitment to high ethical standards in the yacht charter industry.
