Frequently asked questions about yacht events in Cannes
How many guests can attend a yacht event in Cannes?
A standard charter yacht accommodates up to 12 guests under maritime regulations. For larger events with 50 to 200 guests, Ocean Five sources certified passenger vessels or coordinates a fleet. We have organised on-water events for groups of all sizes.
Can you organise a product launch on a yacht?
Yes. Ocean Five has produced branded product launches at sea with full AV setups, custom décor, live entertainment and media coordination. Contact us to discuss your concept and we will advise on the best vessel and format.
What catering options are available?
We work with a network of Riviera chefs. Options range from cocktail canapés and buffet formats to multi-course seated dinners. All dietary requirements are accommodated. We also manage the full beverage programme including Champagne and signature cocktails.
How far in advance should I book a yacht event?
For a corporate lunch or cocktail, we can organise everything within 1 to 2 weeks. For larger productions with branding and 50+ guests, allow 4 to 8 weeks. During major congresses like MIPIM, Cannes Lions or TFWA, book 3 to 6 months ahead.
Do you handle guest transfers?
Yes. Ocean Five coordinates chauffeur transfers, taxi boats and tender services. Transfer logistics are included in all full-production event packages.
