Commitment to Integrity and Anti-Bribery

At Ocean Five, we strongly believe in probity and ethical conduct in all our yacht charter operations. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance towards bribery, which is illegal and has no place in our organization.

Anti-Bribery Policy

In accordance with international regulations, Ocean Five strictly prohibits the offering, giving, solicitation, or acceptance of any bribe, whether cash or other inducement, by any individual or agent acting on behalf of Ocean Five, in order to gain commercial, contractual, regulatory, or personal advantage in an illegal or unethical manner.

Interpreting the Policy

This policy does not restrict normal and appropriate hospitality or ceremonial gifts, provided they are moderate and do not create expectations for reciprocation. Any uncertainty should be referred to Ocean Five management.

Preventing and Reporting Bribery

All staff are responsible for preventing, detecting, and reporting bribery. Guidance is provided to help them fulfill this duty. Suspected bribery or attempted bribery must be reported immediately to management.
