We have arranged yacht charters for MIPIM since the early 2000s. Over the years we have worked with real estate networks, law firms, asset managers and institutional investors who come back every March because the format works.
The yacht stays moored at the Vieux Port. Guests walk up the gangway and step aboard a ready venue. You control the guest list, the timing and the mood. This format works well for cocktail receptions of 30 to 80 people and for rotating client meetings throughout the day.
Most yachts have formal dining areas on the main deck and a second dining option on the flybridge. Your chef on board prepares the menu you agreed on in advance. No waiting for a table, no noise from neighboring diners. Seated capacity depends on the yacht: tell us your group size and we propose the right vessel.
Some clients book the yacht for the full duration of MIPIM. The team sleeps on board, meets clients during the day and hosts a different event each evening. No commute between meetings: the yacht becomes your base for the week.

A 20 m yacht starts at €16,000 excluding VAT for the four days of MIPIM or €24,000 excluding VAT for the week. Larger yachts with full hospitality can go well above €100,000 for the week. Contact us for a detailed proposal.

Yes. Some clients book a day charter to the Îles de Lérins for a private lunch or a team experience, separate from the dockside program. The islands are about 15 minutes from Cannes port by motor yacht.
